I am utterly swooning over this impeccably styled Provence-inspired wedding shoot, organized by the amazing Jen Huang at her most recent workshop. Beautiful couple Jess and Brad just take my breath away. You might recognize this couple from their hollywood glamour styled engagement shoot - in case you missed it, be sure to take a peek at it here.
I’m headed up to the Bay area for an extended weekend full of weddings, family, and spectacular couples, and then will be popping over to wine country to spend time with wonderful friends and some of the most creative artists in the industry. Have a beautiful holiday!

These images were shot during a lovely summer afternoon spent with family in our uncle’s garden - one of my very favorite spaces on earth. Our niece and nephew are quite the horticulturists, astonishing us with their knowledge of branch grafting and cultivation at age six!
This adorable family outing to Travel Town, a vintage rail yard in Griffith Park, was such a joy to shoot. I can still hear their son’s little voice murmuring “choo choo” in awe as he approached each train…
This is my wonderful friend and fellow photographer Esther, of Esther Sun Photography (isn’t she absolutely gorg?!). Esther is such a delight and has such a great energy about her that you can’t help but have an amazing time when she’s around!
I’m shooting a wedding with Esther this weekend and another later this summer, and couldn’t be more thrilled! I feel so endlessly fortunate to be surrounded by such incredible and creative friends. ♥
As the evening of their Winter Formal approached, I joined this pair of best friends for a leisurely lunch at a retro diner on the end of the pier. We gradually made our way back along the pier, pausing to take in the sublime scenery and soak up the warm California sun before these two headed off to dance the night away. I snuck some party noisemakers into my bag before heading out for the shoot, and I’m so glad I did! The noisemakers proved to be the perfect element to convey the duo’s festive energy.
I adore the images that came from this shoot, and am so delighted that I was invited to capture such a celebrated moment for this fantastic pair!
